The core objective of Quantum Electronics Lab (QELab) is to promote interdisciplinary research and training in merging of device engineering and physics. You will, therefore, be a part of a group that encourages an intersectional training environment to pursue research on both the fundamental and applied areas of next-generation semiconductor technologies. Being a part of QELab, you will also be involved in active collaborations (both computational and experimental) with solid-state physicists, nanodevice, and circuit engineers from IIITD and other top universities within and outside India. So, there will be immense learning opportunities and gain specialist skills in progressing semiconductor innovation.
